Update on Advanced Pricing Agreement (APA)
In order for the application of the Advance Pricing Agreements to be in accordance with the International Standards of BEPS action 14, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia issued PMK 22/PMK.03/2020 in March 2020, an update to the Treatment Procedures on APA of PMK 7 of 2015, which previously provided the original guidelines and requirements.
